ROCK - 104’s “The Grateful Shed” Contest Rules
1. No purchase necessary. Contest is open to all WXKE (hereto referred to as ROCK104) listeners except as outlined below.
2. Beginning on October 1, 2009 and ending on, December 5, 2009, ROCK104 will register listeners via on-air and/or on remote location for a chance at winning the “The Grateful Shed 2009 Prize Contents inside the shed” (currently valued at $9859.00) and could possibly increase in prize value as more prizes are added to the Grateful Shed Prize Pack.

An updated list of the contents can be found by visiting the website at www.rock104radio.com.com or by calling or stopping by the ROCK104 studio at 2000 Lower Huntington Road, Fort Wayne 46819 (260)747-1511 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday excluding all major Holidays.
3. Contestants may enter by registering one of three ways. These include ROCK104 Shed Stop remote broadcasts, Sticker Stops and by being the correct caller in an announced call-in contest on ROCK104. The final contestants will be drawn prior to the giveaway of the Grateful Shed on Saturday, December 5, 2009 at the Empire Center located on Lima Road between the hours of 11:00am and 2:00pm.
4. On Saturday, December 5, 2009 the winner’s name will be drawn at the Empire Center located on Lima Road at 1:04pm. Contestant must be present to win and must sign in prior to registration beginning at 12:00noon and ending at 1:00pm. ROCK104 will notify all contestants no less than 48 hours in advance as to the time and location.
5. Odds of winning a “The Grateful Shed” contest are 1 in 104 contestants.
6. Grand Prize is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash. Winner must accept prize package as presented. Failure to comply with this provision will result in forfeiture on Grand Prize by winner.
7. Contest is open to all ROCK104 listeners 21 years of age or older, who hold a valid state article of identification, and reside or work within the Fort Wayne, Indiana Total Survey Area (TSA) as defined by Arbitron. Employees of Summit City Radio Group, LLC, their subsidiaries or agents and their immediate families may not participate and are not eligible to win. Employees of other radio stations within the Fort Wayne, IN TSA, contest sponsors or any agency involved with the production or distribution of materials for this contest, and their immediate families may not participate and are not eligible to win. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
8. Contest void where prohibited.
9. ROCK104 reserves the right to disqualify any contestant in the event that contest rules have been violated. All contestants or winners of a ROCK104 contest release ROCK104 to all rights to, without further authorization, reasonably use the winner’s name, voice, photo, likeness and biographical information, and that ROCK104 may use such for promotional purposes on-the-air without further financial remuneration. In addition, contest winners release Summit City Radio Group, LLC, their subsidiaries, any of the participating sponsors, their officers, directors, stockholders and employees from any and all claims, liabilities and damages arising directly or indirectly from award or use of the prizes.
10. Winners are responsible for all taxes incurred on the prize and will receive a 1099 that will be used on al taxable merchandise won in any ROCK104 contest valued at or over $600.00.
11. All contents/prizes given away in conjunction with the “Grateful Shed” but excluding the actual shed are to be claimed at the ROCK104 offices at 2000 Lower Huntington Road, Fort Wayne, during regular business hours (8:00am to 5pm, Monday through Friday) within thirty (30) days of their prize being awarded to claim his/her prize. Failure to collect the prize within the specified period constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of ROCK104. Another winner will not be selected. Winners are required to present valid state issued identification. All identification submitted to verify a winner is subject to acceptance by ROCK104 at its sole discretion. Identification that is counterfeit, illegible, tampered with or otherwise altered will not be accepted. ROCK104 can require presentation of an original birth certificate, passport, Social Security card, valid driver’s license or other identification to verify the winner’s identity. Only one winner per household, per family, for the duration of the contest is permitted.
12. All decisions of ROCK104 management regarding “The Grateful Shed” contest are final.
13. ROCK104 reserves the right to alter the contest rules and/or contest dates at any time.
14. In the event that the winner is subject to, or the subject of, any order of legal process issued by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the affairs of the winner, (e.g. garnishment, child support order, judgment, lien and the like), Summit City Radio’s delivery of the prize to the official government entity claiming right to the prize shall be entitled to rely in good faith upon any documents presented by the representatives seeking to collect the prizes in lieu of the winner. Summit City Radio Group, LLC shall not be liable for any claim by winner for damage incidental thereto.
